Bacardi - Jacksonville, FL: The bottle line was remodeled, automated and upgraded. We installed Line 5 bottling line, labeling equipment, and intrinsically safe Nema 7 and Nema 9 filling process. Cott Beverages - Wilson, NC: A high - speed change out on a complete empty bottle system and two fillers was performed. We also provided process and controls. General Mills - Carlisle, PA: A complete plant upgrade of conveyors and packaging controls was performed. Installed sixteen fillers into two packers, Whisper Laners. Completed project on an aggressive six-week schedule. Jefferson Smurfit Corporation Jacksonville, FL: Major wood yard modifications including: power, control and lighting construction for chip & bark conveyors and truck/railcar dumper hoppers. The Millennium Specialty Chemical Company Brunswick, GA: Installed electrical and instrumentation for 200 foot distillation column and associated pumps. Installed state of the art instrumentation and motor control. Pepsi Cola Company - Jacksonville, FL: Performed a complete 2 - liter plastic bottle line installation. All power and controls and demolition of existing glass bottle line were included. Able to complete aggressive work schedule in 30 days Pepsi-Cola Company Phoenix, AZ: Converted glass line to PET 20 ounce and 2 liter line. Pepsi-Cola Company Cranston, RI: Demolished existing glass line and installed power distribution and controls for new air conveyor PET bottle line: construction time, 27 days. Pepsi Cola Company - Colombia, SC: We relocated the filler, associated conveyors, and depalletizer to make room for additional lines. We performed an installation of a new 900 bpm monoblock filler/rinser and associated conveyors. All controls and power distribution were included. Around the clock shutdown for minimal production losses was delivered. Pepsi Cola - Cheraw: Performed multiple high - speed change out of packaging equipment. Pepsi/Drager - Southeast: Worked in multiple - plant on ammonia and carbon dioxide detection system. Installed state of the art alarming PepsiCo/ Quaker Oats - Indianapolis, IN: Line 5 Hot fill high-speed bottle, labeling, and packaging. Quaker/Gatorade Snapple: Converted high speed glass bottle line to plastic bottling line. Installed complete process system, 750 - valve filler and all related hi-speed packaging equipment for third line. Project completed safely and on time in 4 months.Quaker/Gatorade Atlanta, GA: Complete new bottling facility. Complete thermal processing batch systems. High speed 32 and 20 ounce sport bottle production lines. Construction time 105 days, 65 men on job. Quaker/Gatorade Line 3 - Atlanta, GA: Cold fill filling system (clean room) and all bottle line controls were installed. Power distribution was performed. Quaker/Gatorade Line 4 - Phoenix, AZ: Cold fill installation (Aseptic clean room). All controls, power distribution, and sugar and water utilities were serviced. Quaker/Gatorade - Indianapolis, IN: Worked on the brand new facility. Provided state of the art line installation, which included complete sugar system, water system, water-cooling system, wastewater, cold fill filler and all packaging and process equipment.
