Our employee and management team at Richard
L. Oreair & Co. brings a broad range of educational and work
experiences. This enables us to perform work in many different
areas: from limited plant maintenance to very complex control and
power distribution systems. Projects lasting from several weeks to
over two years have been successfully completed. This is credited
in a large part to sound financial as well as logistical planning.
The company has vast experience in paper mill electrical construction,
gypsum plant control and power systems, grain processing mills, timber,
and lumber yards, energy distribution systems, food processing plants,
concrete batch plants, and in many other areas.
Thanks for upholding your commitment to excellence! Not
only did you do a great job in Atlanta, but you also did a great

Our state of the art computer system
provides management with fast and accurate data for estimating, job
costing, payroll, billing and other financial information. Our
field personnel utilize computer technology for many jobs such as
labeling wires and equipment, drawing layouts and schematics,
estimating, and programming ladder logic for PLC's.
Richard L. Oreair & Company has
operated under many different contract situations such as lump sum,
not-to-exceed, cost plus percentage, and many other variations. At
present, a large percentage of the company's work is on a cost-plus
basis since we have built a base of satisfied customers who have relied
upon us for service since our beginning. We take pride in the fact
that we often save our customers money by providing budget-estimating
during the planning stages of a project.

has been my pleasure to work with such a professional

For our first 5 years we operated as a
closed shop. Later in 1960, we changed our business to an
open-shop and found that we can more efficiently and economically serve
our customer's needs.
