Richard L. Oreair,
President Emeritus Richard L. Oreair, Jr., President Associated with Richard L. Oreair & Co. since 1969. Graduated from Florida State University with a B.S. in Business Management Certified Electrical Contractor: States of Florida, Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina, North Carolina and Virginia. Rick is President of Richard L Oreair and Company (Oreair Electric). He is responsible for the daily operations of Oreair Electric. He has an extensive background in heavy commercial and industrial electrical construction with experience in wall board manufacturing facilities, paper mills, saw mills, ink manufacturing plants, chemical plants as well as broad experience in food processing facilities, and refrigeration controls. He has extensive training and experience in motor control systems with both ladder relay logic as well as PLC and associated devices, UPS and Battery systems, Estimating, Project Management, and LEAN process. Rick holds State Electrical Licenses in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, and Tennessee. Scott Lilly, Director of Operations Over 17 years experience in the electrical industry. State of Florida Registered Master Electrician. Scott is responsible for the daily operations of the management team as well as the management of his own projects. He has an extensive background in heavy commercial and industrial electrical construction along with experience in the service areas of the electrical field. He has extensive training in PLC control systems, relay logic, Motor Control Systems, Security access systems, Nurse Call systems, Fire Alarm systems, generator systems, Estimating and Project Management. William (Bill) Gawlik, Senior Project Manager Project Manager with over 40 years experience in the electrical industry. Licensed Master Electrician Certified Infrared Thermographer Bill has an extensive background in heavy commercial and industrial electrical construction with experience in high-rise buildings, food processing facilities, cold storage warehouses, and electrical power plants. He has extensive training and experience in Motor Control Systems, UPS and Battery systems, Fire Alarm systems, generator systems, Infrared Thermography, Estimating and Project Management. Boyd Henderson, Chief Financial Officer Certified Public Accountant Boyd is a graduate of Florida State University where he received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Master of Accounting degrees. Mr. Henderson became a CPA in 1989. He has extensive experience in both public and private accounting primarily in the construction and manufacturing industries.
